Potomac Homes Assisted Living cares for the elderly who are physically frail or may be experiencing memory loss or dementia. The health of our residents is as important to us as it is to you. Keeping our home small allows our owner, Linda McCorkindale, RN, to personally monitor each resident's daily health care and medications.
Taking Care of Everyday Needs
We assist your loved one with all living activities such as dressing, bathing, and laundry. Our mild exercise programs not only promote physical fitness by provides a social gathering as well. Our residents enjoy healthy, homemade, meals and snacks that are reviewed by a licensed clinical dietician. Vegetables are either fresh (sometimes plucked from our own garden!) or frozen, never canned, Fresh fruits and Chai Tea are just a few moments away.
